2nd over-all, 1st U20, 10k PB… My first competitive race!

Annoyingly, my pace was like a depression run part from the final kilometre.

My first 5k was 16:10, though!



I'm pleased, considering I had my leg strapped and hardly training for four weeks.

Well done everyone else [in the Vorsprung team] and thank you!
