Over the past 6 month [circa 2016] Vranek [through the Vorsprung Programme] has given structure to my training for running, cycling and swimming. This has focused my effort to train smarter. He has worked on improving my strength, flexibility, speed and technique with a range of exercises to suit each sport. The results from working with Vranek [and the Vorsprung Programme] have not only improved my times, but, also the recovery post events. He has always been able to offer practical advice, encouragement and guidance. In a few weeks I have my first half distance triathlon, and do believe the full Ironman will be possible next year.
I have worked with Vranek to improve running form and training technique. Starting with getting under 50 minutes for 10K to Ironman triathlon and ultra marathons. His advice and guidance has brought success and remaining injury free.
