Vorsprung training is an inclusive, evidence based approach for developing performance, health and wellbeing for all people. The approach is versatile and can be learnt by anyone. It combines motivational coaching and knowledge of underpinning physiology to deliver results. Above all Vorsprung is very practical - including elements of group work - giving people the skills to help themselves help each other. The approach recognises issues with other training approaches - for example the potential to overtrain and the need to adapt to individual goals. Vorsprung training is therefore a way for people to realise potential in a focused and considered way - recognising quality over quantity and making time count."
