Vorsprung is multi-faceted and far more than 'run coaching'. It is way more than 'the session' on any given day, or the macro and mesocylces to which we may or may not adhere.
It's a method, or an approach which impacts on a holistic level. It embeds into daily life and affects ADL's without or with you realising: and it's not that you choose to or choose not to, it just is!
It is, however, a journey, and one for which you need to be open to suggestion: open to the notion, that, despite what we often think, we don't know what's best! How can you unless you know everything?
I'm a junior when it comes to Vorsprung, but, in less than twelve months, already, today's bad race is last year's target time…
Vorsprung is not a six months plan, a twelve months plan. It is a method, a mindset, which in time becomes intrinsic and embodied.
