Although, we are particularly vocal in our criticisms about the 'one-size-fits-all' coaching methods employed by most sports clubs: a method that has benefited one top sportsperson should not be seen as the template for all others to follow!
We do, however, employ a coaching method that uses physiological knowns as a template to fit all. Certain basic physiological knowns can be dropped into any sport with the proper insight and guidance.
