"What are Vorsprungs exercise definitions?"


Vorsprung has three exercise definitions:

1. 'Conditioning' = foundation exercise. Building endurance and muscle resistant strength. Includes speed endurance, hills, ballistics, gym, plyometrics.

2. 'Well- Being' = health: warm-up routines, stretching and rehabilitation.

3. 'Technical' = sport-specific skills and technical-based neuro-dynamic related drills and speed work.
