Vorsprung does not rush to find people to 'convert' or 'persuade'. It is very much about, 'when the pupil is ready the teacher appears'.
An indicator as to how much the pupil will benefit from Vorsprung is, trainability.
This is two fold:
1. How well the pupil learns and then implements the things they have learnt.
2. How ready the person is make the changes necessary to become a pupil, and so, improve performance and being.
These two elements are not always, initially, evident in the enthusiasm of the individual. Enthusiasm, can mask an under-lying resistance, that, will prohibit (not the learning, but) the embedding of the teachings.
Change has to come from within the individual, or else, it is merely a temporary shift, not change.
