TWO GOLDS, ONE SILVER...

Janoš, John and Maggie, came away from the West Wales Regional Championships with two gold medals and one silver medal.

Janoš, unbeaten over 800m since beginning competing, retained his 800m title with ease.

Whilst, debutant John Lowe, gained an amazing silver medal in the U17 800m, after only twelve weeks training.

Maggie Collingborn won the senior women’s 1500m steeplechase, with a spirited and over-whelming best supported performance.

At a championship dominated by clubs in south Wales, all with facilities and tracks beyond Aberystwyth, this team of three were possibly (per capita) the most successful club and training group in the championships this year.
