"I spent ten years away from hands-on coaching, to develop Vorsprung as a spiritual and therapeutic practice: working as a consultant to sports coaches, teams, clubs and individuals."

The
Vorsprung Project coaching group employs its own unique and proven programmes, which, supports any ability in a wide variety of sports. The Vorsprung Project is currently working with sports clubs in north London, Liverpool and Wales, as well as individual runners of varying abilities world-wide, grass-roots football teams in west Wales, University football and athletic clubs, post-operative and injury rehabilitation, the NHS, various sports federation coaching departments and martial arts clubs.

More recently, Vranek co-founded SCVorsprung (the all-sports activity arm of The Vorsprung Project). The primary principles of SCVorsprung is to build teams for many sports: showing how the principles and coaching practices of Vorsprung can be put into place. Plus, to show that playing sports is fun and sociable.

As a coach, Vranek specialises in paediatric, post-quadrageneric exercise health and elite performance with an interest in exercise for people with under-lying health issues. His work in movement in relation to brain function is used to alleviate symptoms related to Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Depression, Aspergers, Autism et al. Using simple neuro-dynamic exercises and working with 'Involuntary Neurological Responses' the aim is to take more control over the brain's 'Predictive Brain Functions’ and so enhance the whole (body and brain).
