'SCV Online Exercise Classes', are delivered by Jamie Fitzgerald (Director of Sports at SCV), under the tutelage and guidance of The Vorsprung Project.
The sessions last approximately 40 minutes and start at 18:30 p.m. (Join 5 minutes early to be ready to start).
Mondays: 'Vorsprung Combined 1066' (More aerobic & robust)
Wednesdays: 'Vorsprung Dynamic 1066' (More about balance)
Although, no weights are necessary, it would be an advantage if you had anything safe to use.
Both sessions are suitable for beginners, people under-going injury or post-operative rehabilitation and active sportspeople of all levels & abilities.
Routines are based on Vorsprung's neuro-dynamic principles: enhancing body-to-brain and brain-body communication pathways.
Exercises are safe and will improve balance, strength and speed. As well as, alleviating symptoms related to depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, trauma etc.
At present, we don't charge for these sessions, but, we welcome any donations for the time and preparations our coaches put into delivering the sessions. Minimum donations recommended per session £3. Contact scv@vorsprung.org.uk for account details.
