Coaching The Vorsprung Way

Although, we are particularly vocal in our criticisms about the 'one-size-fits-all' coaching methods employed by most sports clubs:

a method that has benefited one top sportsperson should not be seen as the template for all others to follow!

We do, however, employ a coaching method that uses physiological knowns as a template to fit all. Certain basic physiological knowns can be dropped into any sport with the proper insight and guidance.

Even with the additional Vorsprung twist,

any sport or activity can benefit from the Vorsprung coaching method.

This is, simply, because it is not a physical pursuit it is concerned with enhancing the brain signals from body-to-brain and brain-to-body.

Vorsprung, to date, has coached numerous sportspeople from a variety of disciplines. Always with positive results and improved performances.

Whether you are a swimmer who wants to increase out-of-water strength; a runner who wants to lessen the impact on the body; a martial arts exponent who wants an added edge in reaction and balance; a dancer who seeks more mobility; or an individual in need of technical advice and coaching to make your performances more efficient…

Vorsprung can help.

Vorsprung can improve your posture and gait; observe any neurological markers, that, might indicate poor brain-to-body or body-to-brain communication pathways; release symptoms related to Dyslexia and Dyspraxia; as well as, set training programmes to increase your over-all performances.

Whether you are an elite, club or leisure sportsperson, dancer, musician or aiming to get more out of your daily chores, we can help.
